Kuizaro is an interactive quiz platform that allows users to:

• Play various types of quizzes (multiple choice, emoji guessing, AI detection, etc.)
• Create and share quizzes
• Track scores and compete on leaderboards
• Customize their profile

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Platform
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must not share your account with others
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. User Conduct

When using our Platform, you agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Post offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Create quizzes with misleading, false, or harmful information
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the Platform
• Use automated systems (bots) to interact with the Platform
• Impersonate other users or entities
• Collect personal information of other users without consent

5. Content Guidelines

5.1 User-Created Content

When creating quizzes, you retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to display and distribute it on our Platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content:

• Does not infringe on copyrights or trademarks
• Is accurate and not intentionally misleading
• Is appropriate for all ages
• Does not contain hate speech or discrimination

5.2 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content that violates these Terms. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, and original content, is owned by Kuizaro. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our Platform or its content without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Platform will be available at all times
• The Platform will be error-free
• Quiz content is completely accurate

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuizaro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
